Hypnosis is the easiest and most natural way to become a non-smoker. After a brief discussion about the smoking habit, there is a 28-40 minute hypnosis session. There is consciousness throughout and an audio tape is provided so that each participant may reinforce their newly gained independence at home or work. Individual follow ups are at no additional cost for you to one year.
